April 2009 to December 2009: Preliminary registration of participants

January 2010 to May 2010: Binding registration including booking conference services

March 2010: Submission of abstracts of proposed contributions to their peer review before their acceptance for Book of Abstract and decision of the form of presentation (lecture/poster)

April 2011: Submission of late abstracts in substantiated cases, possible corrections

June 2011: Announcement of the scientific programme of the meeting

September 10, 2010, 12:00-19:00: Registration of the participants
In the next days the registration desk will be opened 7:15 - 18:00

September 11 to 15, 2010: Scientific and social programme of the meeting, lectures starting daily at 8:30
